My Beloved Angee,

I did not get a letter from you y'day but one has come in by first post this morning – always welcome – hope Arundel will be fully persuaded in his own mind in reference to his dear children – Father's notions are so old-fashioned – I have got the feeling that Miss C. pulls rather hard in some directions but she must not pull me. Will write again this evening as I want to catch a train to Lisburn this morning and have not much time.

Weather is fine am glad to say – my poor hand is terribly swollen but hope it will soon go back – much love once more to you and all and believe me my dearest Angee.

Being very affectionate Husband
